This custom version of the Church Planter Profiles website has been created as a partnership between EastLake Church and Gateway Leadership Initiative to help potential leadership residents and future pastors discover their aptitude and readiness for church planting quickly and easily in an online environment.
Eastlake Network
The Eastlake Network is a rapidly reproducing multi-site church network with simple systems and structures. We offer a residency program which is a catalyst for planting reproducing network campuses and partner churches. These churches are dedicated to raising up leaders who train people to help other people find and follow Jesus.
How We Do It
- Reproduce - we make disciples & apprentice leaders
- Release - we send out disciples who can make disciples & apprentice leaders
- Reach - we start new church campuses and partner churches to reach new people
- Resource – we share systems, creation, learning, content, etc...
- Relationship - we have an environment of collaboration and stay alongside because “We>Me”
Gateway Leadership Initiative
Gateway Leadership Initiative's vision is to mobilize thousands of leaders to start new churches out of the culture - churches molded from messy people rising up out of the culture to become the Body of Christ. Our efforts are focused on:- Inspiring leaders to start new churches out of the culture.
- Discovering leaders with the ability and experience needed for church planting.
- Equipping leaders for starting new churches formed out of the culture.
- Multiplying new churches as part of the reproducing movement.
